The annual Prairieland Youth Leadership Conference (or YouLead, as we like to call it) is designed to cultivate leadership skills in current Saskatchewan 4-H members with a fun mix of social, interactive and competitive activities.

Participants attend a 2-day conference at Prairieland in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Parents and guests attend the awards presentation and banquet on Sunday afternoon to conclude the program.
